A huge suggestion I would have is to move the fried rice to the end of the buffet before the entrees, and use at least a vegetable fried rice. They have some really great menu items, they would be thinking ahead to have a couple of items they rotate each day to give people a wider variety of what they offer. I wish I could take you to FL!!
